Julie Belgraver (born 4 July 2002) is a French–Dutch tennis player. She has a career high WTA singles ranking of 766, achieved on 9 August 2021. She has won 3 ITF doubles title. Belgraver made Grand Slam main-draw debut at the 2019 French Open, after receiving a wildcard for the doubles main draw.

In 2021, she received a wildcard for the French Open qualifying draw.
