18-year old rising star from Ukraine Dayana Yastremska, represented by “Top Five” agency, reached her maiden final on the WTA level. On her way to the final in Hong Kong Dayana has defeated Fanny Stollar, Saisai Zheng and Kristina Kucova. The last victory took place earlier today when Dayana defeated Shuai Zhang in the semi-final: 7-5 6-4.
Dayana’s opponent in tomorrow final will be the winner of the match between Qiang Wang and Garbine Muguruza. Despite the result of the last match, on Monday Dayana will improve her personal best result in the WTA ranking and will rocket more than 20 ranks up.
