21 November 2019 – Dayana Yastremska, the promising Ukrainian Tennis player, aged 19 and currently ranked #22 in the world, is already looking forward to 2020. After a solid 2019 season, which saw her winning 2 new trophies on the WTA Tour (Hua Hin, Thailand, and Strasbourg, France) and reach the 4th round in Wimbledon, Dayana is showing her high ambitions for the future by hiring Sascha Bajin as her new coach.
First winner of the “WTA Coach of the Year” award created by the WTA in 2018, Sascha Bajin is an experienced and demanding coach with an already strong track record on the WTA tour. While working with Naomi Osaka, he helped her win 2 Grand Slams and reach #1 world ranking. Bajin also recently worked 6 months with Kristina Mladenovic, helping her regain close to 30 spots in the WTA ranking.
